Where to go for a 'special' vegan meal
I wanted to go somewhere extra special for my birthday. Somewhere beautiful, where we could indulge in different foods. I contacted a few restaurants, asking if they had/would create a vegan tasting menu for two, and The Dysart was one of the ones that said yes!

I contacted The Dysart by email and was very happy with their responses, and their willingness to show what they could do. They sent me a sample vegan menu and explained that this would change, depending on when I made the booking, because of where they source their ingredients from. Isn't the interior of The Dysart stunning? I loved the lighting, furniture, space between tables, the piano, and decor!

The items on the vegan tasting menu were absolutely delicious! I can't think of one thing that we didn't like.
The dishes were beautiful to look at, they had layers of flavour, they included a variety of textures, and together, they made a delicious meal!
Would I go back to The Dysart?
Definitely!
Do I think vegans are restricted in what they can eat when they want to eat out?
Definitely not!
